The SDSLeaD project addresses the critical issue of water leakage and high Non-Revenue Water in the Greece-Albania cross-border area. By deploying an innovative Decision Support System (DSS) powered by IoT, Digital Twins, and mathematical modeling, the project enables real-time leakage detection and predictive management. With pilot applications in Kozani and Korce, SDSLeaD optimizes water use, reduces energy consumption, and promotes climate resilience, aligning local water utility management with the European Green Deal and sustainable development goals.
